A wiki is a website that allows collaborative editing of its content and structure by its users. Think of it like a set of Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc, interlinked together and easily editable by anyone viewing them. (Access to our wiki is only for Ananda members.)
The Ananda Wiki is a private collaboration space for Ananda members worldwide. It offers resources for best practices, legal guidelines, fundraising, and marketing. Members can explore communications channels, join team workspaces, and access emergency preparedness information. The wiki also provides access to various meditation centers, project lists, and fun content like inspiration and improv. Additionally, it features topics on spiritual texts, family connections, and traditions such as the Ananda Oral History Series.
What's the tool? Notion is a web service that has very graciously given us a free account which would otherwise cost tens of thousands of dollars per year. It is a very fluid combination of Google Docs/Sheets, Dropbox, Evernote, To-Do Lists, WeTransfer, and more. It has a WIDE variety of uses: project management, information sharing across centers, and for personal use (everyone gets their own private work area).
